🔁 Returns
Due to the delicate and personal nature of our silicone baby dolls, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size, or personal preferences once the order is shipped.
However, we do accept returns under the following conditions:

The product was damaged during shipping

The item is significantly different from the description
To request a return, you must:

Include clear photos or video of the item and packaging

Return the item in its original, unused condition with all accessories
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the mistake was on our end.

Refunds are only issued:

If your item is lost in transit (confirmed by the courier)
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

🛑 Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund. After this window, we may have already begun preparing or shipping your doll, in which case the order becomes final.
